- No, an account is not required. You can complete a swap instantly without registration.
- Yes, our service is perfect for users who want to maintain their privacy. We do not require registration or request personal information.
- No but there are exceptions. If the risk AML exceeds the norm then we can charge an additional commission to confirm our risk service.
- Yes, PegasusSwap actively encourages users to leave honest reviews. Ratings are based on real user experiences and serve as a guide when choosing a partner.
- PegasusSwap has a strict privacy policy and encrypts all sensitive data. It also uses the Know-Your-Business (KYB) protocol to verify the reliability of its partners.
- Thanks to partnerships with trusted exchanges, transparent ratings, user reviews, data protection, and a user-friendly interface, PegasusSwap makes the crypto swap process simple and reliable.
- The platform doesn’t store users’ personal data unless they register an account, and PegasusSwap also doesn’t store users’ funds. Thus there are no threats for them.
- When a user fills in the data for a swap, our algorithms pick the best rate among multiple liquidity providers. The rates on different platforms differ very little. That's why this benefit becomes especially prominent when big sums are swapped.
- Minimum: Each swap must be at least $50 equivalent.
Maximum: There is no maximum limit - you can send as much as you want.
If you send less than $50, the swap cannot be processed and the funds will usually be returned (minus network fees). - No worries! If your swap becomes overdue, just contact our support team.
Provide them with your Swap ID and the swap hash(TxID) or the address you sent to, and they will help process your deposit. - We do not request KYC under any circumstances. PegasusSwap is fully focused on privacy and anonymity, so you can use the platform without providing personal information.
- If a swap cannot be completed (for example, due to sending less than the minimum amount or an unsupported asset), funds are usually refunded to the sender. Refunds are processed as quickly as the network allows, but the timing depends on the blockchain confirmation times.
In general, most refunds are completed within a few hours, though in some cases it may take longer depending on network congestion. - We store analytical information that does not affect or identify individual users. This data is aggregated and used solely to improve our service.
We also implement additional protection by linking deposit hashes to swap information.
Currently, your swap ID is known only to you and our team, ensuring your privacy. - Supported address formats depend on the token you are swapping.
For the main cryptocurrencies we support, the default format is SegWit.
