• I sent without a memo/tag — what do I do?

  Some cryptocurrencies require a memo, tag, or destination ID to correctly route your swap (e.g., XRP, XLM, BNB).
  If you sent funds without the required memo/tag, your swap may not be automatically credited.
  
  Here’s what to do:
    • Contact Pegasusswap Support and provide:
        ◦ Swap ID
        ◦ Transaction hash of the deposit (TXID)
    • Our team will manually review the swap and attempt to credit it.
  
  In some cases, recovery may take additional time depending on the network.
  Please double-check memo/tag fields before sending to avoid delays.

• How long do confirmations take?

  Blockchain confirmation times vary depending on the network you are sending from. PegasusSwap begins processing your swap as soon as your deposit receives the required number of confirmations, and each coin has its own confirmation requirements.
  
  Because each asset may require a different number of confirmations, if you need exact information for a specific coin or network, we recommend contacting PegasusSwap Support for clarification.

• Why is my rate different? Floating vs Fixed.

  Your final rate may differ depending on the swap type:
  
  Floating Rate
  • The final amount is calculated at the moment your swap executes.
  • Rate may vary slightly due to market volatility.
  • Usually provides better overall pricing.
  • Recommended when the market is stable.
  
  Fixed Rate
  • PegasusSwap locks a guaranteed rate for a short period.
  • The amount you receive is known upfront.
  • Ideal during volatile markets.
  • May come with a slightly higher rate compared to floating.
  
  If the market moves significantly between creating the swap and sending the deposit, you may notice a difference , this is expected behavior.

• Affiliate payouts & minimums.

  PegasusSwap offers regular affiliate payouts based on the commissions you earn from referred swaps.
  
  The minimum withdrawal amount for all payouts on PegasuSswap is 0.0005 BTC.
  All affiliate rewards and service payouts are settled exclusively in Bitcoin, so this limit applies to every payout request.
